A New Destination for Outdoor Sports Lovers

            The key to enjoying the great outdoors is being well-dressed for it.  Sierra Trading Post it the perfect place to get the apparel and gear to do that.  It will soon arrive at the Millcreek Mall Complex, bringing a fabulous selection of clothing and equipment for camping, running, fishing, skiing, swimming, cycling, hiking and more.   This is the first Sierra Trading Post in the region.  It will be located in more than 17,000 square foot of space, next to Boscov’s. The store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2024.

Sierra is an off-price retailer that believes in offering value, selling almost everything outdoors lovers might need with a combination of popular brands, desirability, price, and quality.  Prices are 20%-60% below full-price retailers’ (including department, specialty, and major online retailers) regular prices on comparable merchandise, every single day.  

Sierra Trading Post started as a catalog company in Reno, Nevada in 1986, with the first retail store opening in 1990. It was one of the first catalog companies to establish an online presence in 1998.  In 2012 it was acquired by TJX Companies Inc., which also operates T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Marshalls and HomeSense.  There are currently 101 Sierra Trading Post stores operating coast-to-coast.

The Millcreek Mall Complex is located on upper Peach Street and Interstate 79 in Millcreek Township, near Erie, Pennsylvania.  It has been serving the community since 1975.
